As a UX Researcher within the Homes Domain, you’ll contribute to the on-going digital transformation of Santander.
You’ll align your research against the strategic objectives of the Homes Division and working with the Homes Innovation team take responsibility for helping to prioritise a clear roadmap of features that will be delivered through our agile development team. You’ll ensure we provide a first-class user experience as we provide more services to our mortgage customers that take us beyond banking.
You’ll lead our research, and add to the analytical capability of the team by combining user insights with market trends. You’ll support us as we work closely with all parts of the business ensuring the department’s strategic objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively in alignment to our customer centric approach.
We offer a Hybrid working approach with your time split between the office and home. The role is a FTC.
