As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting, leading, compiling, and
interpreting research studies to help us build our next generation of enterprise
applications. The cross-functional teams you'll work with are nimble, dynamic and
collaborative.

We are looking for

  • 4+ years of demonstrable experience in UX research
  • Ability to define key research questions and objectives, identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize findings
  • Pragmatic and able to design creative research in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Strong communicator with a track record of successful collaboration with colleagues/partners
  • Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills

What You Will Do

  • Conduct end-to-end research initiatives that help the team gain confidence in understanding our users and uncover actionable insights
  • Partner with cross-functional colleagues (including Product Management, Design, Data Science, Engineering) to identify, prioritize, plan and execute high-impact studies
  • Synthesize and communicate your findings and recommendations to groups of stakeholders

A great candidate should have experience creating, coordinating, conducting and
synthesizing research studies. They should be able to balance multiple projects
simultaneously, coordinating timelines between multiple projects
