Job Description - Experienced research to help uncover peoples behaviors that relate to their use of technology affect how they engage and use their devices. This will require desk research, reviewing existing research developing and mining D-Scout Mission and partnering with internal staff to synthesis and develop final insights. This is an ongoing project where we will take multiple themes over behaviors and focus on details through the same approach to create deliverables every month.
A User Researcher, also called a usability analyst or UX researcher, ensures that products including software application meet the usability and user needs requirements. In many cases, a person in this field will work to uncover unmet user needs and behaviors that point to insights on ways in which humans look to engage with products or services. They interview and research what user’s needs and analyze findings across qualitative and quantitative research. They contribute to improve usability and satisfaction of mobile products.
Necessary Skills / Attributes
Comfortable working remote and with small cross-functional teams.
Comfort working with remote user research software such as D-Scout.
