This role will act as the voice of our current and future customers by transmitting research insights across Product Management, Design and Development teams. You will apply your research tactics to create insights to put together an exceptional product brief reflecting our consumer’s needs. You will own the research agenda and be an integral contributor to our digital product development roadmap.

Your Team:

As you might expect from a running brand, the E-Commerce team at On is a fast-paced place to be. This team of interdisciplinary all-stars are used to rapid turnaround times and ambitious targets. From engineers to designers, data scientists and digital marketing specialists, this is the team responsible for creating winning digital products and campaigns that run the length of the purchase funnel. The shared goal? Efficient growth at high speed – what else?

Your Mission:

  • Planning. You shape the research agenda. You plan and execute a wide variety of studies independently - interviews, tests, surveys, workshops, etc. - across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Methodology. You know when to do what - and why. You identify the key research questions, choose the best method, spot the right people to interview, lead interviews and play a key role in synthesizing and communicating results.
  • Prioritization. You balance high-quality research with short deadlines and highly iterative cycles.
  • Analysis. You model insights gained from user research into formats to enhance understanding of our users.
  • Collaboration. You proactively involve designers product managers and data analysts to deliver robust insights.

Your Story:

  • You have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research projects end-to-end (e.g. user testing, ethnographic research, survey design, analysis etc.)
  • You have a background in user-centered product development, HCI, User Experience, Design Thinking or similar. Exposure to working with e-commerce products is a plus.
  • You are a team driven, involving relevant members of our multidisciplinary international teams.
  • You have excellent English communication skills and enjoy communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coding skills are a plus.
