UX Researcher

A UX Researcher is needed for our fast-growing software house client who are looking to expand their UX function. The successful User Researcher will join the product team and will assist with the research of both current products as well as future products and prototypes. The UX Researcher will work alongside UX Designers and the product teams in an agile manner to obtain valuable qualitative and quantitative data.

Key responsibilities of the User Experience Researcher:

  • Assist in proposing, designing and conducting UX Research
  • Use a wide array of methods to undertake research such as; Questionnaires, Data analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Assist with growing out the User Experience Research team and community within the business
  • Report results and communicate findings from your research
  • Work with other teams to implement research findings

The successful UX Researcher will:

  • Have previous and relevant UX Research experience
  • Be passionate for User Experience Research and delivering a great product
  • Ideally have a degree in HCI, Anthropology, Psychology or in a similar area
  • Have strong communication, organisation and analytical skills
  • Be experienced using both qualitative and quantitative research methods e.g. A/B Testing, Usability Testing, and Interviews
