You’ll help the UX team and digital team pods by providing actionable user experience insights and solutions to user needs based on your user testing, interviews, research and analysis of behavioral analytics tools. Your work will ensure the pods create beautiful, intuitive user experiences.

You’re a master in understanding what users want and you pride yourself on your ability to analyse data, summarise findings and recommend UX optimisations. We’re super speedy so you’re fine with running user testing and providing insights quickly and concisely. You’re also a pro at making data-driven recommendations for change based on your findings.
