Calling all Meerkat lovers!

UX Research has taken by storm and we’re looking for a UX Researcher to join our growing team.

We’re on a mission to help people take control of their life admin, re-defining the future of price comparison as we go.

Our success relies on building a deeper understanding of our customers and their needs.

That’s where you come in.

You’ll be managing and delivering impactful research that benefits the lives of millions of consumers.

We’re not expecting you to know everything, so you’ll have the support of the wider UX Research community, boosting your knowledge of UX Research and helping you to choose the most suitable research methods.

As a team we like to try out new things, so you’ll be coming up with new ideas and ways of working to solve customer problems.

You'll be joining one of our newly formed "mobs" - the collective name for a group of meerkats - in a team of research, design, and optimisation. You’ll be working alongside our product teams to make our services simple for our customers.

Our UX Research team (currently five UX Researchers) are a friendly bunch, so there will be plenty of opportunities for coming together, sharing, and growing here (even remotely!)

And remember, we're not just about form filling - our Research team is working across our mobile app, content, Rewards, and new features that will help reduce the burden of admin on customers.

What will it take?

  • A growing record of delivering insights that influence product, design and wider business decisions
  • Storytelling skills to ensure the insights you uncover positively influence decision making (Our team goal is one-part research, two-parts impact)
  • Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data to deliver actionable insights. We’re not expecting you to be an expert in either, but are looking for a willingness to learn
  • Strong relationship management
  • Ability to work with some managerial support and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A passion for learning, and keeping up to date with the latest trends and practices
