You will work on a wide variety of products, domain and applications to keep you engaged, challenged and learning. You will take a human-centered design approach to create an end-to-end holistic user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as user advocate, working with cross-functional teams across the organization, to help innovate, improve or refine Honeywell customer experience on a continual basis
  • Gather end-user requirements and insights to ensure product delightness and usability
  • Plan, conduct, analyze and report research (i. e. observational, generative, evaluative) and user-case studies (i.e. usability testing, prototype,heuristic analysis)
  • Participate in defining detailed design specifications and endorsing project parameters
  • Provide innovative ideas to drive improvements across customer experience lifecycle
  • Collaborate to generate engaging end-to-end experiences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Interaction Design, Product Research or related field
  • Profiency in UX research methods and user-centered best practices for digital and physical product design
  • Excellent skills to analyze, summarize, and present quantitative and qualitative data with clear workflow design and information architecture
  • Use of specialized software for data visualization (Adobe Suite, at least Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (portfolio must be provided)
  • Experience in conceptualizing and sketching mental models or concepts
  • Plus: Competitive Analysis, Data Analytics, or Design Thinking diploma
  • Must be curious, highly self-motivated person, with good interpersonal skills and a can-do/positive attitude to work under pressure
  • Fluent in english, both verbal and written
  • Travel availability is required to perform customer visits and on-site observation
