Strata3 are looking to hire a UX researcher to join our Digital Performance team who are delivering insights and an experimentation culture for some of the biggest brands in Ireland. The successful candidate will join Strata3’s existing Digital Performance Team which is a unique blend of certified analysts, UX designers & developers who create data and research-led insights and experiment using a structured methodology to constantly improve conversion and engagement for our clients products. Expanding our research team and building expertise in this space is a key area of growth for Strata3’s Digital Performance practice.

UX researcher

  • Working collaboratively with product managers, UX designers, developers & data scientists to continuously identify opportunities for user research
  • Ability to create research plans and experience with a wide range of research methods
  • Always advocate for the user while keeping business goals in mind
  • Participate in end-to-end user research studies including facilitation or observation, analysis and recommendations
  • A self-starter with the ability to identify new opportunities for user research within existing client Digital Programs
  • Assist Principal UX Performance Lead & Data Analysts with the creation of bespoke performance strategies for clients
  • Use research and data-led insights to identify and propose suggested experiments based on clearly defined hypotheses
  • Manage research & CRO experimentation repository ensuring a solid backlog is maintained for each client with good
  • momentum of ongoing research
  • Review ongoing insights reports from analytics along with clickmaps, heatmaps, survey or poll analysis, etc.
  • Launch new quant / qual research studies and request specific deep dive analysis to fill in research gaps
  • Continuously create ideas based on insights led methodology and create design mockups, if required, to present ideas to clients, developers or other stakeholders
  • Brief developers on design requirements and quality check experiments on Google Optimize
  • Assist in the creation of monthly & quarterly impact presentations, create design assets for case studies & sales team
  • Excellent presentation, communication & collaboration skills
  • A team player who is also self-motivated and can integrate seamlessly into an existing cross-functional team and process
  • Confident presenting research outputs and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Broad toolset of research methodologies & techniques
  • An inquisitive mind who is curious about user behaviour

THE CANDIDATE

A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in UX research rd​

  • 3​ level degree in UX/Design, Human Factors, Psychology or relevant qualification
  • Ability to identify & implement industry best practices to improve existing processes within Strata3
  • Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Can adapt to new skills and challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple clients efficiently at the same time
  • Experience working with remote research tools and methodologies
  • Fluent in English


F​AMILIAR​ / ​BONUS

  • Experience working in the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) a plus:

- Understanding user behaviour through data analytics

- Any experience with A/B testing, MVT and personalisation a plus

- Ability to suggest ideas to enhance both site performance and customer experience

  • Experience with Invision, Sketch or Figma and Adobe Photoshop a plus
