At esure Group, we’re a growing business with big plans to transform and disrupt the insurance market through the design and implementation of new technologies built around data.
We are looking for a UX Researcher to play a key part in delivering multiple large-scale digital projects, using research to guide and assist the design of products that are useful, useable, and desirable.
As an experienced Researcher, you understand how to use research strategy to inform key decisions, putting the user and customer at the centre of everything we do – creating the products and services that deliver market leading experiences. You will work closely with the wider product teams to identify research objectives, then work with the UX, UI, and Analyst teams to form the direction, creation and evaluation of prototypes to be validated through your testing strategies.
With a strong commercial understanding, you will have gained your experience in UX research within Scrum teams in large organisations or similar transformation programmes. In depth knowledge and understanding of research tools and an enthusiasm for design and technology means that you are an effective and innovative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, often concurrently.
A critical part of this role is the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across multi-disciplinary teams – clearly articulating research objectives, findings and recommendations. It’s an exciting role in our transformation programme where you can see your work actively translating into products and services as we change the industry through data led technology.
