UX Researcher

You Will

NimbleRx is a health technology startup offering a simple and fast prescription delivery app, in partnership with regional and independent pharmacies. Our mission is to bring pharmacies into the future by building a convenient and easy-to-use service, while rooting our team in a patient-first mentality. • Design and conduct user research surveys with Nimble customers
• Research the customer base on both consumer (patients) and business (pharmacy partners) sides
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Data, and Engineering to enhance user experience
• Dive deep into Nimble's consumer apps (web/mobile) and pharmacy dashboards (web)
  
  

What You Bring

• BS in Human Computer Interaction, UX, or related
• Working experience in user research and survey design, preferably at a consumer services company
• Experience utilizing and working with large data sets
• Bias for action, get-it-done attitude
• Active listening and excellent communication skills
