The Red Hat User Experience Design (UXD) team is looking for a UX Researcher to join us in Boston, MA. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our UX interaction design and development teams to conduct end-to-end user research and contribute to the formation of a research framework and ongoing processes for our products. You will embed user research principles and methods into our design processes, leading to an optimal user experience for Red Hat products. Additionally, you will work across multiple Red Hat organizations to help refine a scalable user engagement program that will enable our users to have a role in product design and definition. To help us achieve our goals, Red Hat UXD is looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative fashion, and is self-motivated, well-organized, and flexible.
Candidates must present a portfolio or CV describing relevant user experience research with links to more detailed work examples.
