What you’ll do

As the UX Researcher, you role is to support the UX and Digital Product Team in specifically helping them understand the users of TAB wagering digital products.

You will work closely with the UX Team and digital product, as well as across cross-functional teams to contribute actionable insights as part of the user-centered design process. This will require you to manage, plan, execute, evaluate, and share insights from user research utilising a variety of tools and methods.

What you’ll bring

• Proven relevant research experience and/or experience with human/user centered design – this may be specifically in UX research or research in other fields
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical skills – ability to design interview guides/surveys/script questionnaires and analyse data
• Strong presentation and report writing skills
• Ability to work and manage time independently
• A relevant bachelor’s degree (i.e. Psychology, Human-Centered Design, Digital Technology/design etc.)
