Booksy is looking for an experienced and talented Senior UX Researcher to shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. At Booksy we work on mobile and desktop-based apps that thousands of our clients use every day. Requirements

What you'll do / Your responsibilities

• Understand the whole Booksy apps ecosystem (Client & Business apps)
• Work closely with our US B2B clients
• Plan user research roadmap and choose the best methods
• Provide a deep understanding and experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods at each stage of the user-centered design process
• Evaluate products at different levels of development - starting from early mockups to fully functional applications
• Collect and analyze user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, interviews, usability tests, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, online experiments (A/B testing) and other relevant methods
• Prepare and present research results and recommendations
• Consult UX designers in design decisions
• Support PM in business decision related to usability and usage context
• Seek opportunities for the development of the UX research area in Booksy
• Ensure a common understanding of users perspective in a team
• Supports colleagues when it is needed
• Communicate insights and evangelize the voice of the customer across the company

Your Experience & Education

• Previous experience working internally as a UX researcher
• Possess a BA/BSc degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology or similar relevant education
• 4 or more years of experience in similar positions and a proven record of accomplishment
• Expert skills in research tools, techniques, methods and best practices
• Experience in ethnographic methods
• Fluent in written and spoken English (allows effective work in multinational teams)
• Experience in designing complex systems
• Experience conducting semi-structured interviews, contextual field visits, usability studies either live or remote
• Experience in tools like Sketch, Invision or similar is a bonus
• Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices
• Possess professional experience conducting and leading research, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
• Experience working in an international, agile environment and/or health & beauty industry is a bonus
