JP Morgan are seeking a UX (user experience) researcher to join a busy team of researchers, designers and product managers & engineers to help understand user needs and inform Product & Design. You'll play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful products. You'll work with stakeholders across functions and levels and have impact at all stages of design and product development. You'll explore user behaviours and motivations by conducting primary research such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and working closely with teams analysing behavioural/app data.
