UX Researcher

About The Role

We are looking for a User Researcher to join our growing Research Team. You will be part of a multidisciplinary product team, working collaboratively with our product designers & product managers.

You will be responsible for designing and conducting user research, and identifying the best method based on research goals and resources. You will be responsible for all aspects of research (planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting). You will be using a variety of user research methodologies to reveal actionable customer insights. You will also be comfortable working with data, from gathering and analysis through to design and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to conduct both generative and evaluative research.

• Plan, design and conduct user research testing sessions, from user recruitment through to test moderation, analysis and reporting.

• Perform quick but thorough analysis in order to uncover insightful and actionable results.

• Work closely with designers and product managers, using insights to inform product development and influence product direction.

• Present findings and user insights to project stakeholders and the wider business.

• Help to promote a collaborative, user centric culture through group analysis, workshops and ideation sessions.

• Collect & analyse consumer NPS data and other CX metrics, feeding insights into a quarterly voice of the customer update for the business.

• Help to maintain and scale a growing insights knowledge base.
  
  

Desirable Skills

Experience in the application of a variety of research methods, including but not limited to:

• Usability testing (remote and in-person)

• In-depth user interviews (remote and in-person)

• Survey design

• Card sorting

• Experience analysing both quantitative and qualitative data.

• Experience with remote research & survey tools such as Lookback, Userlytics , UserTesting , UsabilityHub , SurveyMonkey.
