The UX Researcher analyzes customer/consumer data and research to identify trends, key indicators, patterns and insights. Administers and develops database of customer, research and industry information and deploys insight reporting used to support product development, category/brand management and sales initiatives.



  • Frame new experiences and optimize existing ones through analysis, user research, competitor analysis and usability testing.
  • Master and incorporate product, user, and brand requirements in order to create and optimize solutions.
  • Incorporate and optimize against qualitative and quantitative feedback from analytics platforms, user testing, and product owners.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and generate user flows to incorporate and communicate new and changing designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and product owners to create lo-fi interactive wireframes to establish the intended experience.
  • Iterate on experience solutions resulting from feedback.
  • Participate in QA of all changes through the creative and development process.
  • Write concise technical stories and bugs to convey information to the development team in order to produce desired results.



  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of human behavior, such as cognitive science, behavioral economics, anthropology, sociology or psychology OR data analytics required.
  • 3-5 years of UX research experience, retail experience preferred.
  • Mastery of eCommerce data analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics
  • Experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to draw conclusions.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI design process and ability to influence design strategy.

The primary environment for this role is an open office. Considerable business is conducted using the telephone and computer technology. This role is currently remote (virtual role) but is a member of the Home Office team on an ongoing basis and located there (Denver Metro Area). Travel may be required to stores up to 15% of the time.
