We are looking for UX Researchers who are available for work in Los Angeles.


We have many open positions, at clients including multinational financial services companies, Fortune 500 consultancies, design firms, and more. Typical skills our clients request include proven ability to:


• Lead and conduct contextual user interviews, synthesize insights, and deliver insight reports

• Propose and implement a quantitative research methodology using existing data relating to user behavior

• Design user research proposals with clear hypothesis, scope, audience, and methodology

• Contribute to a set of shared artifacts such as personas, journey maps, metrics, and research processes

• Work in partnership with technologists, designers, and product managers to evaluate mobile experience design concepts from early sketches to fully functional prototypes


Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors/Ergonomics, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive/Experimental Psychology, or similarly relevant field

• At least 3 years of experience working as a user experience research professional

• Knowledge of the human interface guidelines and best mobile practices for iOS and Android

• Proven experience and understanding of native mobile and mobile web research/design/development

• Experience running UI/UX or user studies measuring both qualitative and quantitative data

• Experience proposing and applying experience metrics in enterprise organizations, and establishing methods by which to gather and report back on insights against agreed metrics

• Proficiency in statistical analysis
