Role Overview

We are looking for a UX Researcher to work with our team of creative visionaries. As a member of the research team, you will help our internal partners build experiences that are intuitive, usable, innovative, and delightful. You will accomplish this by championing a customer-centered process that integrates insights and feedback throughout the development cycle. You will conduct primary research via methods such as concept & usability testing, 1:1 interviews, surveys, card sorting, tree testing and more. You will be responsible for helping to establish an understanding and empathy towards our users and collaborating with our design, product, marketing and engineering teams to help execute product strategy.


β€’ Conducting evaluative research to provide feedback on concepts, designs, and the end-to-end user experience

β€’ Research study coordination and logistical aspects, as well as supporting the optimization and streamlining of user research processes

β€’ Generate insights and review findings with internal teams

β€’ Sharing findings and strong recommendations to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations

β€’ Assist in design workshops on large enhancement initiatives to ideate, gather requirements and determine next steps needed to deliver efficiently

β€’ Contribute to our research roadmap and help align cross-functional teams around a shared vision for UX at Fisker


β€’ 2-3 years' experience in UX Research

β€’ Experience in end-to-end research study coordination and logistics

β€’ Experience in writing discussion guides/research plans, usability studies, semi-structured interviews and surveys

β€’ Experience in remote usability testing (i.e. Validately, and survey design (i.e. SurveyMonkey)

β€’ Demonstrated understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process

β€’ Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices

β€’ Knowledgeable about the UX design process

β€’ Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively

β€’ Comfortable in a fast-paced and creative environment

β€’ Automotive experience a plus but not required


β€’ Proactive and entrepreneurial

β€’ Adaptable to change

β€’ Critical thinker and creative problem solver

β€’ Outstanding interpersonal skills

β€’ Curious about new developments in UX research
