We’ve built a community of over 20 million online shoppers and use the collective insights of our members to power an online shopping platform that allows everyone to shop smarter, together. With that, we are excited to say we’re hiring! We are actively seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Merchant Platforms team in our new Seattle office. This team focuses on building new and innovative ways to scale the number of merchants working with Honey.
About The Role
As a UX Researcher within the Honey team, you will play a role in developing deep understanding of both customers and merchants that Honey works with. You will work alongside your cross-functional team members to influence decisions and ultimately deliver the best possible experience for customers and merchants alike.
At Honey, UX Researchers influence teams to make customer-centric decisions across the product development lifecycle. This includes early research to understand customer needs and problems and continues through to post-launch research that informs future iterations. Our studies employ a variety of mixed methods research methods. We start with asking the right questions and end with targeted deliverables and story telling that captivate and move stakeholders to action. UX Researchers focus on impact of our research and are steadfast advocates for our customers. As a UX Researcher you will be the voice of the customer. You will craft research programs that bring team members answers to their most important questions. You will demonstrate the breadth and depth of impact UX Research can have.
You will work in collaboration with a Senior UX Researcher to help build out a collaborative and rigorous research culture across the Honey team. You will be a member of Paypal’s diverse Global Design Organization where we use our design and research skills to inspire and influence across the company. We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds inside our team lead to innovation and inclusion in our product design.
