As UX Researcher at Viessmann, your aim is to bring together the traditional heating industry with user-centered methods. You will drive this transition by orchestrating our digital customer app and our feedback channels from a user research perspective. Your position is an interface of qualitative and quantitative approaches, as well as B2C and B2B research. This requires not only research skills but also to set up new processes and convince stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Validation and continuous further development of existing B2C applications and their product features with the help of usability tests and research methodologies
  • Applying a range of qualitative and quantitative methods from primary research to idea validation and A/B testing of existing products
  • Active support of the teams involved in setting up and applying research-based work processes and test standards
  • Transfer the findings into product and service-related applications such as user stories, user journeys, stakeholder maps, product concepts, and service models
  • Communication of the benefits and outcomes into the organization
  • Driving the transformation process of an established industry!

Who you are

You are a phenomenal teammate with an open mentality. Instead of problems, you think in terms of solutions, have a pragmatic approach, and want to bring about digital change based on user-focused methods. You are motivated and verbally skillful to convince stakeholders of your ideas.

  • Min. 3 years of experience in the field of qualitative user testing, with a background in human-computer interaction, human factors, anthropology, psychology, or design
  • Familiar with Adobe programs and the MS Office / Google Suite (ppt, docs, excel)
  • Interest in analytics and data-driven formats
  • Passion for business modeling, value proposition canvas, and stakeholder management
  • Previous experience in planning and the implementation of workshops or other forms of presentation is a strong plus
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
