We connect patients with hassle-free sexual healthcare through discreet and immediate online access with convenient treatment that saves them time, money, and stress. What you’ll do:

Wisp’s UX Researcher oversees the entire user journey on hellowisp.com and the secure Patient Dashboard. Your main objective is to ensure we provide a relevant and engaging experience for our patients during critical pre and post purchase events, while supporting frictionless user accessibility and design. You’ll also be the lead for ongoing user research to help us define our key personas and their needs.

Using a blend of research methods, customer insights and analytics, you will provide ongoing recommendations to help guide prioritization of cross-functional teams by:

  • Defining our specific user personas and their needs
  • Uncovering customer insights to help us assess product line and new audience segments
  • Planning and conducting competitor research/analysis - data and qualitative feedback
  • Building user flows, prototypes, wireframing IA (information architecture and sitemaps)
  • Facilitating user testing

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to define, plan, and conduct exploratory user research
  • Ability to drive user research using a variety of research methods, both qualitative and quantitative and summarize key findings and insights
  • Strong knowledge of User Experience design processes and methodology
  • Capable of delivering compelling insights to help drive evidence-based product and design decisions
  • Experience with universal e-commerce optimization strategies—familiarity with custom site solutions is a must (we are not on Shopify, Wordpress, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams, i.e. engineering, marketing to provide a summary of ideas that translate into clear deliverables
  • Expert in Google Analytics, or alternative data source, to inform decisions and support ideas
  • Knowledge of CRO and a/b testing frameworks
