A day in the life
You will craft and conduct ethnographic and usability UX research studies, and dive deep into the data to bring forward new insights that drive product innovation. To empower a research-led organization, you will also empower the broader UX and product teams with guidance and tools for self-service research to contribute to your research strategy.
TPT is an incubator team within WW Consumer People Experience & Technology (PXT), creating new technology and science that challenges the status quo across the talent development lifecycle, inclusive of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, promotions, organizational planning, performance management, and learning & development.
As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for owning the development of research and insights that drive the way our organization understands and designs for our customers and user groups. Research explorations can include Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, talent movement, employee career development, and experiences that drive Amazon to become Earth's Best Employer. You will have expertise in qualitative research methods and comfort with quantitative methods (when to use them, working with teammates on them, etc.). You will work closely with the UX designers, product managers, and engineers to understand the needs of candidates, employees, managers, and HR team members across all of Amazon’s business, worldwide.
